Wendy Risch lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters. She began with some wall paintings at her daughters' preschool, and found painting to be quite an enjoyable creative outlet. Since then, she has set up a small studio in her home. She primarily works with acrylics and oil pastels on canvas.
